在應用中刪除

錢包建號開放後，如果你尚未設定密碼，請先在「帳號與安全」用錢包確認設定密碼；或用帳號名稱和恢復碼找回帳號後再刪除。無法完成時，亦可使用下方電郵申請。

1. 登入觀辰 ORI 帳號頁。
2. 進入「我的」→「帳戶與安全」（或「帳號與安全」）→「刪除帳戶」（或「刪除帳號」）。
3. 輸入目前密碼，勾選永久刪除確認，再選擇「確認刪除帳號」。

顯示刪除成功後立即生效：線上帳號、登入工作階段、帳號關聯的錢包地址、已儲存命盤和問答被刪除，帳號權益終止。若需取消自動續訂，會先確認取消成功；失敗時帳號仍保留，請重試或聯絡支援。解除安裝應用不會刪除伺服器帳號。

無法登入或希望電郵申請

1. 發電郵到 qiuguanzong@gmail.com，主旨寫「ORI 帳號刪除」。
2. 提供 ORI 帳號名稱和可回覆的電郵，說明要刪除帳號及關聯資料。請勿傳送密碼、恢復碼、錢包私鑰或完整出生資料。
3. 我們會核實帳號控制權，並在核驗完成後 30 天內完成並回覆結果。

傳送刪除申請。觀辰 ORI 由 Google Play 開發者「梦荧科技」提供。

刪除後仍保留甚麼

• ORI 專用運行日誌最多 14 天，自動磁碟備份按 14 天滾動清理。恢復備份前重新執行已登記的刪除。
• 防止舊備份恢復帳號的帳號識別碼摘要及刪除時間設定為保存 60 天後由雲端儲存自動清理（執行可能有延遲）；不含帳號名稱、命盤或問答。
• 僅訂單號、金額、幣別、交易或退款時間、付款渠道及流水號、結算和退款狀態，為對帳、退款和帳務保留 7 年，從交易完成或退款完成較晚日期起算；待處理退款完成後起算。
• 2026 年 9 月 22–26 日寫入共用日誌的 ORI 歷史記錄，安排在 2026 年 10 月 26 日前清理；共用系統日誌保留 30 天。
• Solana 公鏈已有地址和交易不可刪除；ORI 會刪除帳號關聯。需要 DeepSeek 等服務商協助的副本刪除由我們跟進，不能保證隨 ORI 刪號即時完成。

不會為帳務保留命盤、問答或完整付款回執。備份停用或來源磁碟刪除後仍須處理含 ORI 資料的備份。更多細節見私隱政策。

只刪除命盤或本機記錄

進入「我的」→「資料與隱私」，可匯出或刪除目前裝置的隨手記、心情、草稿、收藏及目前命盤；帳號命盤也可在「帳號命盤」中刪除。你可以保留帳號，僅刪除相應內容。其他裝置上未同步的記錄需分別處理。請先匯出需要保留的資料。

Delete in the app

When wallet signup is available, an account created without a password needs one before in-app deletion. Set a password in Account & security with wallet approval, or recover the account using your username and recovery code. You can also use the email request below.

1. Sign in at the ORI account page.
2. Open You → Account & security → Delete account.
3. Enter your current password, check the permanent-deletion confirmation and select Delete my account.

A successful deletion takes effect immediately: the online account, login sessions, linked wallet address, saved chart and conversations are removed, and account access ends. Any auto-renewal cancellation must be confirmed first. If it fails, the account remains so you can retry or contact support. Uninstalling the app does not delete the server account.

Cannot sign in or prefer email?

1. Email qiuguanzong@gmail.com with the subject “ORI account deletion”.
2. Provide your ORI username and a reply email, and state that you want the account and associated data deleted. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, wallet private keys or full birth details.
3. We verify account control, complete deletion within 30 days after verification, and reply with the result.

Send a deletion request. ORI (观辰 / 觀辰) is provided by the Google Play developer “梦荧科技”.

What remains after deletion

• Dedicated ORI operational logs remain for up to 14 days; automatic disk backups use a rolling 14-day schedule. Registered deletions are reapplied before a backup is restored to service.
• A protected account-identifier digest and deletion time use a cloud-storage policy that automatically deletes them after 60 days (execution may be delayed), to prevent account restoration. They contain no username, chart or conversation.
• Only order ID, amount, currency, transaction or refund time, payment channel and transaction ID, settlement and refund status remain for reconciliation, refunds and accounting, for 7 years from the later of transaction or refund completion. For pending refunds, the period starts when completed.
• ORI records written to shared logs on 22–26 September 2026 are scheduled for removal by 26 October 2026. Shared system logs are kept for 30 days.
• Existing Solana ledger addresses and transactions cannot be erased; ORI removes the account link. We follow up deletion of copies requiring providers such as DeepSeek, without guaranteeing that it completes immediately with ORI deletion.

Charts, conversations and full payment receipts are not retained for accounting. Backups containing ORI data still need to be removed after a schedule stops or a source disk is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Delete a chart or local records only

Open You → Data & privacy to export or delete journal entries, mood, drafts, bookmarks and the current chart on this device. You can also delete a saved chart under Saved chart. You can keep your account while deleting the relevant content. Handle unsynced records separately on other devices. Export anything you want to keep first.
